MoDaT is a software developed by the Groupe de Physique des Matériaux in Rouen. It is composed of independent modules that enable processing and visualizing 2D and 3D data from various instruments, notably atom probe tomography. New modules can also be easily created to further extend its capabilities.

2D/3D Visualization View
After installing MoDaTUpdate-Setup.exe, you will have access to the MoDaT Update software, as shown in the image below. You can enter the name of your laboratory or company, then click Update to install the latest version of MoDaT. It will be automatically installed in the ./MoDaT/MoDaT directory.
